I got one of the deals they had deposited my money and went through my playthrough which was over 10,000 to get a cash out well after my playthrough they got their $1,500 or whatever but when I go to cash out my 409 which it has a cap at 4:50 I think they tell me to wait 3 days so I wait 3 days I get no response from anybody customer service doesn't know anything they leave you in the dark they don't respond to emails. It's been a hassle it should not take this long I highly doubt I will play this casino again especially now that I know it don't have a license

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Could you please clarify when exactly you requested the withdrawal? Have you made any successful withdrawals before?

Sunday was when I requested the withdrawal this is my first time withdrawing from them and it says it'll start 72 hours after I submit a withdrawal so I submitted it Sunday the 30th and I got an email saying it was submitted. But that's it I've emailed them and asked them what was going on or how come it hasn't changed from request to paying out or pending or anything and I haven't heard anything for 2 days I can't even get customer service to answer simple questions about the payout process.

I got my money. Only took a week. And they sent some no deposit play money and free spends. They seem sketchy but everything went ok. They need more communication work. Overall not too bad. Will play again
