This casino is only in the game for the initial money grab. Once you hit anything at all the brakes come on and come on strong. I played here with a welcome bonus to see how the site was. I hit on Laughing Buddah for about $600 and continued to play. Once I hit the playthrough requirements my balance was automatically adjusted down to what I was entitled to. I played a little more and cashed out $250. I received an email a few days later...yes a few days. Telling me the most I could withdraw was $100...ok fine. I reinitiated the withdrawal on 4/7/2023. A few days go by (5 to be exact) and I'm told I need to go through the "verification" process. I followed the directions on the email and immediately provided my information. On 4/12/2023 I sent in the verification information. Fast forward another 6 days and I am told I now need to make a verification deposit. I relectantly deposited $10 via LTC just to get the $100 and now I am being told my withdrawal is being "reviewed" again. How is it this difficult to withdraw $100? I have withdrawn thousands on other sites with no problem. They need to follow-through if they want to be successful.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.
