There is no waiting policy they have instant payouts and they have instant processed crypto payouts , I had a 50$ deposit that didn’t even start being processed it stayed untouched in pending , I emailed the support staff didn’t hear back a word ..so 3 hours goes by and I cancel the withdrawal after not hearing back from anyone I continue to play black jack and there software dealt itself 21 on 17/24 hands I played and every single time I raised my wager to 5 dollars a hand it dealt itself 21 magically to win the hand and this happened 10 different times ..so what they did was refuse to accept a payout so I would play long enough to where their software could start manipulating outcomes of hands ..I have screen shots of their software dealing itself 21 on 17 out 24 hands and I have screen shots of their software dealing itself 21 on my last 5 straight hands when I raised the wager to 5 dollars a hand it dealt itself 21 every single time . Keep in mind I would have been lucky to have gotten two face cards once in a 25 minute span. All these little starts ups are finding ways to manipulate the coding of the interface that programs the software , the rtp% is so laughably illegally but regardless it doesn’t matter they know taking an over an hour and leaving a withdrawal pending and not contacting the accout holder to notify them of the reason of the hold up or not responding to me askifng why isn’t my withdrawal been transaction locked for my litecoin wallet hours later when it usually takes 5 minutes , they know doing shit like this is completely illegal and they know they have to payout in situations like this because of not making the withdrawal processed for me within hours of me requesting it they know it’s completely illegal and if you guys hold them accountable they will pay me the money they owe me ..I can send you guys whatever screen shots you need
