I received a $200 bonus from BonusBlitz. One day in, I won a $2800 jackpot. I message them about steps (their customer service is horrible) and am informed that if I make it through the $8000 wagering limit, the most I can withdraw is $50 after I deposit $10.

I asked where the rest of the winnings go and they said the casino keeps it.


The biggest issue here in this is the perfect way for the casino to steal/keep jackpot money. Countless people are putting money into the jackpot in hopes to win it, not realizing that all the casino needs to do is have a person with a bonus win it so they can keep all of the money....


I won the jackpot within my first 10 spins....

I have checked the general bonus terms and conditions and this is what I found (here):


Common Free Chip Bonus Regulations
The Player is aware that, unless otherwise stated in the promotion, all free chip bonuses require a 40x wagering requirement.
The minimum withdrawal amount (unless otherwise specified by the promotion) is $50, and the maximum withdrawal amount is determined by the chip bonus amount. The Player is aware that the Casino will deduct any remaining funds from the User Account once the Player has received the highest withdrawal amount permitted by the free chip promotion.


To assist you further, could you please provide more details on the following points:

  • Have you made the required $10 deposit?
  • Do I understand correctly that you received a $200 Free Chip, but your winnings were capped at $50?
  • Could you provide screenshots or copies of the communication you’ve had with the casino’s customer service? Please forward them to petronela.k@casino.guru.

I have not made the deposit yet.


I was told I have a week from when I signed up for the bonus to get through the wagering requirements which are restricted to specific slots only so, getting through $8000 in 4 days is practically impossible.


Yes, I signed up but didn't play. After a few days, I received an email offer of $200 no deposit bonus with a $50 withdrawal cap.


I feel worse for the players that have deposited money and are putting it all into slots in hours for a jackpot they aren't going to get because the casino created a loophole in order to keep the money for themselves.


I'll see if I can have access to the chats. I don't think I can.

If you activated any promotional offer, you must complete the wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal of your winnings. This is standard practice, similar to a casino applying a maximum cashout on your free bonus winnings.
