I was playing and with out warning all my funds vanished. I tried to talk to a customer service representative but he closed the chat on me before I could finish typing and I was polite. There was no need for that and when I tried to use the 24/7chat again it just left me in limbo for 20 minutes didn't tell me how many people were before me nothing. Then shut off on me. That is the absolute worse experience I've ever had on an online casino
