The player from Ontario received an email with a tempting bonus offer she is not entitled to. Since she did not respond to our questions, we rejected the complaint.
Not a complaint about $. Just a complaint that casino’s like Bonus Blitz send out mass emails that don’t go to those that qualify. This offer should only be sent to those that deposited $50 or more & I have not. It’s like sticking candy in your face and you can’t have it.

However, promotional emails are usually sent automatically in bulk to all players registered in the casino. It’s then up to the players to read the Terms and Conditions stated in the promotional offer and see if they may claim the bonus or not.
