The player from Alabama requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hasn’t been processed yet. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.

T.o.s. states withdrawl will be initiated 72hours, it has now been 82 hours and nothing has changed I contacted support via email they promptly responded that they have no idea about withdrawls or the process. They don't even know they own t.o.s. and will not direct me to who does or even help me escalate the issue.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Yes I received that one however their is a new withdrawal that was made on 5/5/23 that is still in requested status. All of my kyc verification has been completed weeks ago.

U know what the most troubling, it's how b.b. has this whole 3 day wait for cashing out to us players. Granted. But how y'all gonna act like weekends don't count? Are these 2 days of the week that we if are alive and coherent are surely counted and it's day that I have to wait and if it's just a 72 hr wait then I don't understand how it's even possible to not have this time honored. I'm not gonna be foolish and cancel my withdrawl nor play it back so this being told to the site please stop delaying it and use ethical business practices. I promise it will go along way with customers and improve your reputation. As this is truly almost next to last out of hundreds of sites with withdrawls for approved accounts. And while I'm waiting since 5/5 I have deposited to at least the sum of 300$ elsewhere while I wait for y'all to get one measly 50 withdrawal.
