The player from Idaho requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hasn’t been processed yet. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I put my withdrawal in on the 9th it says 48 hours to payout. Then I get a confirmation email stating 72 hours. I’ve emailed them back no response and customer service won’t deal with it at all says to email payments. I already have 3 times. I told my friends to check the site out and now they are out money and I look dumb! Thought it was a legit site. I was wrong

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

No. And not even a response. I’ve emailed them several times. I’ve asked what they need on my end and to get back to me. Customer service says they don’t deal with payments and end chat.
So they got back to me and denied it and took all my winnings I had claiming "Winnings voided - Mixing of funds violation" they are the ones who calculate everything. Stupid excuse but I went to read the small print they can do whatever they want.
