However, the player didn't respond to the team's queries within the extended time frame. As a result, the complaint was rejected due to a lack of further information from the player.

The site clearly indicates that the payouts are between within 24 hours and maximum 48 hours. The withdrawal is still pending. We are over 48 hours further.
