I have already withdrawn €4000. I've been trying to get the rest of the 4400€ paid out to me for a month now, but nothing works anymore. When I enter my iban and the desired amount, I am not redirected to the relevant payout page. The site crashes. I tried it on IOS, ANDROID and on LAPTOP. I tried 5 browsers and I cleared cookies and browsing data everywhere. Even my neighbor who is an IT specialist couldn't do it. Be it Bank Transfer, FunID or Maestro. Nothing goes. Casino often written. They always tell me what I've already written to them. They also got videos from me what the problem is. But they only stall me. I already asked them about other payment methods. For example bank transfer, but they deny it.
I'm about to hire a lawyer, but I'm afraid that if he writes to them, my player account will be blocked and I won't be able to access it anymore.

I got my last payout almost 4 weeks ago and nothing since. The casino always tells me the same thing. I should delete cookies and browser data. Use other devices. Other browsers. Such as. Google chrome. I've done everything, I can't use bank transfer, FunID or credit card for the payout because the pop-up window opens and closes again immediately. It doesn't redirect me, it just crashes. I asked them if there was another way to pay out. They told me only what is available on their site.

We have contacted the client on the 07.08.2022 asking for the screenshot of how they see the payment page to conduct the investigation, however, the client did not get back to us in regards to this issue. By now, unfortunately, the client played down their balance.
