Hello,

I made 3 requests for withdrawals of CHF500.-- each for a total of CHF 1'500. -- February 9.10 and 11.

My account balance also shows a balance of CHF 1'500. --

I was able to contact customer service via the chat (it works once in a while) that asked me to wait. 

The status of withdrawals has been "under verification" for almost two weeks.

I have never made a withdrawal in this casino.

I did not win this amount with a bonus.

In addition, I am not asked to verify my account.

Yes i contacted the Customer service. They told me that there is a technical problem. Please find their answer below :
