The player's bonus through an affiliate link was credited incorrectly and the casino claims that the player did not even use it. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
Good day,
I registered through an affiliate link that promises 200% on the site. This one still exists.
I was only offered 100% after successful deposit. So without playing I contacted the live chat and asked for my 200% and sent them the link. First they said there is no 200%, when they saw the link they suddenly said I didn't register via the link. Which I obviously did since I had the link.
The live chat was simply closed twice, once due to alleged technical problems. The third time they told me again that the link is not linked to my account. Since this is obviously a rip-off, I simply asked for my money to be paid back, which they refused to do. I should play bonus money first. I have the bonus after the deposit 1. Not accepted and 2. You play your real money there first. That means my money would be gone afterwards.
Now the third attempt in the live chat was simply ended and I can't get my money without gambling it away.
Hello Maurice,
Thank you very much for submitting a complaint and I'm sorry to hear about your issue with BoaBoa Casino. Allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.
From where exactly did you get the bonus link? Did you contact directly the affiliate site with this issue or only the casino?
Note, that issues related to affiliate site should be reported firstly to that site as they have a deal with the casino so they should deal with it between themselves.
Please forward any screenshots and relevant proof to nikolas.b@casino.guru.
Regards,
Nick
Hey, that's the link to the affiliate offer I'm talking about. Unfortunately, the affiliate site does not have an option to complain. However, these are streamers that you could then address in chat.

Hello Maurice,
I'm not entirely sure that we would be able to help you with this specific case as it is an issue with the affiliate not the casino. It is most likely the affiliate's mistake on their site. Could you please firstly try to contact them? I did not find any contact either on their site but you might try the forums there: https://eddycasinos.com/forum/
