Hi, how are you. I won 500 euros at boaboa.com on May 27th. Which I also wanted to pay out on May 27th and did. Then came the message that something went wrong, ok, I thought it could happen, everything is fine. So I wanted to repeat the withdrawal and that was no longer possible because the option to be able to withdraw via bank was gone. I went to live support and they said they had problems and would fix it as soon as possible. After a long wait I was only able to make the payment on June 6th and am still waiting for it so I went back to live support and get the same answer every time it is already being transferred but unfortunately I see nothing of it. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved by the casino, still, if you don’t receive your winnings by then, please, let us know and we will try to help you.
