The player from India had submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks before contacting us. Winnings hadn't been obtained up to that day. We had advised the player to wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint, as it was common for withdrawals to take some time to process. The player later confirmed that he had received his withdrawal. We then marked the complaint as 'resolved'.

I have placed withdrawal of 400000 INR on 27/09/2023 but it was not approved till the date by rejecting my KYC on every single day. I have uploaded all the necessary details all deposit proofs still they are just delaying it by saying your account verification needs more details and asks me for same and same documents everyday. After uploading all the documents my account status shows verified for few hours and after again shows unverified. They also need my Bank Card photos with numbers and expiry date visible. I provided then asked for Bank statement same provided and declined by saying we need Visa/Mastercard photos and if i upload card photos they decline and ask for Bank Statement to verify deposit mades by me in September month. Till the date i have provided bank statement, my paytm wallet statement minimum 10-15 times and they simply decline it and asks for same document again. For identity verification purpose i submitted passport photos and still they need identity confimation. Support team unable to understand my concern. They simply says we have forwarded your concern to relevant department and chat ends. Thats it this is what bluechip is delaying my withdrwals.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
