The player's verification is delayed for unknown reason. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
Iv been waiting weeks to get my account verified as I can’t withdraw until they do so. I think it’s got to a point now they have blocked my emails as iv sent them numerous emails asking why it hasn’t been verified yet. Has anyone withdraw from them and did they have the same problem?
