The player from United States had her winnings cancelled due to a rule forbidding a redemption of multiple consecutive Free Bonuses. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I made a withdrawal several weeks ago & the money never posted to my bank account. I contacted the casino on live chat & they said my withdrawal was declined due to playing consecutive bonuses. I won the money with loyalty points not a bonus. When I made the withdrawal they said it should cost to my bank account within 10 days.
