The player from North Carolina had issues with a casino that had offered a match bonus. When the player tried to withdraw funds, he was told he had to wager $45,000 first. The player stated that he had accepted two match play bonuses but only received one and had wagered over $15,000. The player's account was closed before he could take screenshots of the disputed transactions. Despite our efforts to gather more information, the player did not respond to our queries. We were unable to investigate further due to lack of response and had to reject the complaint.

STAY FAR FAR AWAT!!! Biggest scam casino in the world. Will offer ridiculous match bonus, won’t pay the match bonus and then say that you need to play $45,000 in order to withdrawal any funds. Contact support and they are rude, condescending, and extremely unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend that anyone deposits 1 single dollar on this website. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK!!

They’ve closed my account, so I no longer have access to take screenshots. However, I accepted 2 match play bonuses in total, but only received 1. I deposited $175 and received a 200% match play bonus and played through close to $10,000. I then deposited another $300 with a 205% match play bonus, but it was never received. I began to win and was up to around $2,000 USD and began the verification process for withdrawal only to find out that the play through was set for $45,000 due to the match play bonuses I’d accepted. My issue is that I never received the second match play bonus and had completed well over $15,000 of play through which seems plenty fair for $475 deposit and a match play bonus for $350.

Do I understand correctly that after you received the first bonus, you attempted to complete wagering but were unsuccessful? Was your casino balance 0, before you deposited the second time?

Could you please send me any correspondence you received from the casino regarding the closure of your account or the fact the bonus wasn't credited to your account?
