The casino is not accepting my certification of address issued by the government within the last 90 days. I was playing for a couple of month now finally the first withdrawal, but they dont accept a document which was accepted by all casinos I ever signed up so far.

How long have you been trying to verify your self? What explanation did the casino give you for not accepting your documents? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

I'm pretty sure that the bank would be able to give you the exact document as I doubt that you are the first german player in the casino and the bank also shouldn't be asking you for what do you need it. Unfortunately, there isn't any possible way for us to help you if you refuse to give the casino the requested documents. Please let us know about your next step.

Addendum: I just checked my banking and the money has already been booked. So less than 8 hours after verification !!! 5 stars for Bitstarz had expected a waiting time of 3 days. 🙂
