The player from Ireland had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, her payout had not been received yet. The Complaints Team had advised her that withdrawal processing could take up to 14 days and could be delayed due to pending KYC verification or high volume of withdrawal requests. The team had extended the response time by 7 days for the player, however, as the player failed to respond to the team's messages, the complaint was eventually rejected.

Hi I have recently signed up for this casino and I made two deposits using my visa debit revolut card and I'm been told I need a different bank account to give a statement as proof of purchase which I have sent but they are saying they don't except revolut and I need to use a local bank to get my whitdrawl as revolut is based in Lithuania which is a restricted country but I should have not been allowed deposit from this in the first place and I also have an Irish Iban with revolut and I do not have access to another bank as I have closed my local bank account and switched to revolut so o would basically have to deposit with a new bank account and send a statement from that bank which is ridiculous because as far as I'm aware when making a whitdrawl it must be from the same card you use ,this makes no sense as there disputing that they don't except revolut but there well able to take money ,but when a player wants there whitdrawl it's a different story
