Sorry, Made a deposit in ETH and declined all bonuses and opted to play with the deposited funds only. I decided to cash out with roughly .777 ETH. I looked at terms and conditions pertaining to withdrawl. They boast withdraw is instantaneous, but thats a lie. I requested my withdraw to the same wallet I deposited from, was told to confirm the wallet address with an email link, whichj I did. I waited 2-3 hours and contacted support and was told it was being process3ed. I woke up the next morning to find my account access blocked and not even an email from this scam site explaining wtf happened

Hello Chaz.

Unfortunately, we didn't get any response from the casino so far. Therefore we have a no choice, and we are closing the complaint as "unresolved."

17.1.2020 I wrote to the affiliate department of the casino after support gave me this contact. There is a chance that they will reply with delay. Till then, the complaint will be marked as unresolved and rating of the casino lowered. I am deeply sorry that we were unable to help you more.
