My friend told me about Bitcasino on December 1st. We were gambling late at night and I wanted a site with instant deposits since Bitcoin was taking forever.


My friend suggested that I try bitcasino so I did. He exchanged my paypal to bitcoin for me since im not able to use exchange services.


I had no issues logging in and depositing. Of course. Works fine.


I deposit and do a bonus buy on our favorite slot, Wanted.


AND BOOM! I WIN 1.2K USD off $160 USD!!!!


I immediately go to withdraw my money since this was my first big win in a while.


I put in my address and it says withdraw submitted. 12 hours later I login and see that it was cancelled. I instantly contacted chat support asking for a reason and ALL THEY SAID WAS EMAIL safety@sportsbet.io (I assume this is a sister site?)


This email asked me to first verify my Bitcasino account which I immediately did successfully. Then after another day they ask me to verify on a service called Veriff. I try to do this but they kept saying I failed the verification. THIS WENT ON FOR 20+ EMAILS UNTIL IT ACCEPTED MY ID.


After this they asked me if I had any other accounts on bitcasino. I said no because ive never used this website before?


they follow up saying I'm linked to a bunch of other accounts??? weird usernames i have never seen before. i ask them what they mean... 3 days ago. 0 Reply since. THEY BANNED ME FROM LIVE CHAT FOR ASKING ABOUT IT


Ive been reading around and it seems like they do this to a bunch of people. i am requesting my full balance to be paid in bitcoin

Could you please advise which documents were already accepted during the verification? Did the casino forward any evidence of the multi accounting? Do I understand it correctly that your friend deposited for you? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I submitted my Canadian passport and a selfie. The casino accused me of having several accounts which I’ve never heard of. Yes he did but why does that matter?


It has been 3 business days, no response. Previously they replied next day

5.19. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are using the "Double Spend" methodology, Bitcasino.io shall void all bets and winnings. Specifically, if you win, then confirm your deposit on the Blockchain and attempt to withdraw, all winnings will be confiscated and your account will be closed permanently. We shall also exercise this right where similar activities are attempted from any connected accounts.


As a result of our investigation, the user has been informed via e-mail that their account has been closed permanently, and all balance on the account has been confiscated by Bitcasino.io.

Dear sandychucky88,

Please note that it is never allowed to use a 3rd party deposit in any online casino ever. You can use only your own balance to deposit there otherwise the casino has every right to void any winnings and close your account forever. As you violated the casino terms, your complaint will be now rejected.
