The player from Poland has been waiting for three weeks for a withdrawal request to be processed by the casino. In the past, withdrawals were completed within 48 hours. The player cannot reach out to support, as the chat disappeared and their message sent through the site’s help section remains unanswered. Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we are forced to close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

Hello,

I'm waiting for withdrawal request for 3 weeks for now... I've successfully withdrawn 4 times in the past and it goes very quick - up to 48 hours and now it smells like they are not paying anymore, the chat dissaperred like 2 weeks ago and I've send them message about my pending withdrawal by their help section on the site over week ago which is without reply till now... doesn't look good...

Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

Hello,

Yes, my last withdrawal request was on May, previously I've got welcome bonus and some free spins but hasn't cleared these bonuses so the winnings are from my deposit. Unfortunately I have no e-mails to/from casino as I only used their communication form on the website.
