I have Playing in this casino from a year and lost money, now i have won an amount of Rs.2020098 and when i asked for withdraw they have cancelled the withdraw request and asked for kyc documents and as per there request i have provided all the documents requested by them but they are now asking skrill wallet deposit screenshot which i was not used for deposit or withdraw money from betwinner.
i was only using astropay wallet to deposit and withdraw money and i have provided all the required documents specified to astropay.
But they are not ready to payout my money and keep on lagging with same questions so pls help me to withdraw my money..

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

I got a mail from betwinner team my documents are verified and i can withdraw my money and i have applied for withdraw and it's approved.
