Hello, I have been playing in the casino for a long time and I was very happy with them ... But now I have a requested withdrawal from 01.05.2021, which has not been processed yet. Before that I withdrew from the casino and the withdrawals always took place within 2-3 days ... Their support was also very helpful, but for 10 days they have not responded at all in either the live chat or the email.

When was your last withdrawal processed? Could you please confirm you passed the verification?
