26 of april i won 1500 euros in betvili.i did the verification but the casino was trying every time to find and create a problem and still from that day until now i receive nothing from my winnings!And they even ask me to do the withdraw in 3 parts 500 euros for 3 weeks every monday, i said yes i didnt want to create a problem and still from that day they are keep telling me to keep wait and the money will be there but nothing!very poor and bad support! if they cant pay their customers i think they should close the casino!ALSO THEY SAID I WOULD TAKE THE FIRST 500 YESTERDAY BUT AGAIN NOTHING.
And they didnt even approve the withdraw from their site,its still pending,its not like they send the money but it will take few days for me to take it.

Do I understand correctly that the payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

I did the verification already its been 2 weeks.today they told me that maximum by tomorrow they will approve my withdrawal but I'm sure they will not, and this thing they want to pay me separately I don't get it. I have all the chat talking if you want to. Yes it's still pending inside the account. First they said it was the provider that was dealaying the whole thing and today they told me it was the easter holidays and few people was working in the casino team..

I heard that the casino will close soon because they are experiencing many problems. They lied to me again about yesterday that they will approve my withdrawal,not even the live chat was working the whole day. I don't want to lose my money and I prefer to get paid the whole amount at once but they are keep lying and making excuses. Im thinking to talk with a lawer about my problem.
Again the same ting today the live chat is open but there is no one there!!!
How many times i asked for a supervisor and i was told that this is not possible for me to talk with the supervisor!

Hello, we would like to inform you that we have transferred 1500 euro to the customer. As we have mentioned in other conversations, we had an issue with our soft and processor, that's why we were not able to proceed with withdrawals up until now.
