The player from India had made a withdrawal of 7000rs and then his fully verified account had been blocked without any explanation. The player had claimed that he did not use any bonuses and his account had been verified a week before the issue. After the issue had been investigated, it was revealed by the casino that the player had been involved in opposite betting with another user within the Evolution live dealer network, which was a violation of the casino's terms and conditions. Consequently, the player's account was permanently closed and the complaint had been rejected as unjustified due to breaching the casino's terms and conditions.

Dear Casino guru,


Kindly note that this account was closed permanently as we received information from evolution live dealer that user is involved in opposite betting in 1 game type with another user within evolution network. Player did opposite betting on 05.04.204, screen name of player - Hshahshhaha.


As per terms and conditions of the website which player agreed to follow while creating account

7.2. Collusion and cheating


We are eligible to disable users Accounts and forfeit their Account balances (including deposits and winnings) if they will be noticed of gaining, attempting to gain an advantage of trading information of their cards or establishing a collusive agreement with other users to take an unfair advantage. These advantages may consist of chip dumping and transfer, discussing a hand during play, multiple using a single Account, soft playing. We provide the rigorous examination of play by both manual and automated ways and investigates all related user complaints. In addition, we provide proactively and randomly examining gameplays and Accounts.


7.3. Fraudulent activity


Once we noticed a fraudulent, unlawful, dishonest or improper activity (including using Martingale strategy or similar strategies, using the VPN, proxy or similar service that masks or manipulates the identification of your real location, or making bets, wagers or poker play through a third party or on behalf of a third party) on the Website, we are eligible to block user’s Account and/or forfeit of all Account balances (including deposits and winnings) without prior notification. In such cases, we reserve the right to report fraudulent activity to existing regulatory and law enforcement authorities including but not limited to banks, credit card companies and/or any person or entity that has the legal right to such information, and/or taking legal action against such user.


We sent same mail on 12.04.2024 to player indicating terms and conditions plus mentioned that he is involved in opposite betting, that's why account was closed.


Player made deposit of 5000 INR and already had withdrawal of 6000 INR.

How can you be so sure that i was playing on 2 accounts and transferring the balance from one account to another?


Am I the only person alive in this entire world?


There are millions of users playing on evolution server.

If there are 2 sides to bet , then it is obvious that not everyone will bet on one side.


I was normally playing on your website. I never knew that you will state this is transfer of balance. Why will I do so?

There is no monetary gains in this.

Had I lost all my balance that would had been fair?


I guess this is the reason your safety index is so low than other casinos.


Lastly, I made forst deposit of 1200 and second deposit of 800. After which I withdrew 6000.

Then I thought to play more so I redeposited 3000 more. Than my balance went to 7000. Then you blocked my account and forfeited my 7000.You couldn't pay so you made false allegations.
