The player from Brazil had their account blocked without further explanation. We rejected this complaint as it was sports betting related.
On the 06/05th I try to log into the account and it is blocked. I contacted them and they say they can't do anything. I lost all my money there and they don't even want to return the deposit.

So, I don't remember for sure how long I've been at the bookmaker, but I had funds stuck there, 4862 reais, I couldn't even withdraw the deposit, I'm very disappointed. they just claimed that they suspected fraudulent activity and therefore blocked me, but I did nothing wrong. while checking, I just checked what they asked for there. I played online sports betting on live.
