I asked for a withdrawal over a month ago.

The withdrawal hasn't landed yet, the casino hasn't asked for any KYC information.

On live chat they say "payment team is reviewing". By email they say the same thing.

I am 99.9% sure they are scammers as they didn't ask for anything and haven't progressed in over a month.
