The player from Ohio claimed that the casino had manipulated games and exhibited unethical behavior. He had repeatedly asked for his account to be closed since March, but the casino had refused. I asked this casino on multiple occasions to close my account because it’s rigged and a total scam site and I have my transaction history that verifies this ( example: I played just an hour ago… out of 215 spins I had under 30 that were "wins" none of which exceeded $2 dollars and not a single bonus round or free spins feature and all of the spins on the same game) I would again reiterate this casino had been told at least 5 different times since march to close my account and they refused to do so and kept luring me back with promotional emails and predatory tactics. I would advise ANY AND EVERYONE TO AVOID THIS CROOKED CORRUPT UNETHICAL CRIMINALLY OPERATED SITE AT ALL COSTS. I did give them several opportunities to either refund my money or give me free play in order to make things right and the flat out refused and mocked me basically daring me to move forward with making complaints about them and or showing them proof they had rigged games at which time I told them I could easily screen shot my play history just as easily as they could view it on their own at which point they went silent and stopped replying to my chats. HORRIBLE SITE THEY NEED TO BE SANCTIONED FOR THEIR PREDATORY ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR FOR NOT CLOSING MY ACCOUNT AFTER BEING TOLD TO DO SO AND BY CONTINUING TO PERSUADE ME TO SPEND MONEY WITH THEM KNOWING THEY SET THEIR GAMES TO NOT ALLOW ME TO WIN THUS BEING COMPLICIT TO STEALING MY MONEY ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS AND THEY NEED TO REFUND EVERY DEPOSIT MADE SINCE FEB152024 thru MAY112024

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely. Could you please advise what reason you have given when requesting to block your account?

Please, let me explain you what the difference between closing the account and self-exclusion is:

Some casinos use lots of tools for responsible gambling and I would not mention them here. What players can do if they’re unhappy in the casino: Close the account or self-exclude themselves, those are the two basic choices.

 

Closing an account is simple and has almost no impact - the player can reopen account anytime, and casino has no obligation to the player.

 

On the other hand, self-exclusion does. If a player successfully makes a self-exclusion, the casino agrees not to open this account or if yes only under particular circumstances (after cooling off period and this cannot be done for players who are addicted/with gambling problem).

They were told to permanently shut down the account countless times and even accused me of having "a problem" they knew exactly what they were doing and used predatory methods to lure me in and take advantage of me . Additionally because I had had heated arguments with them and accused them of cheating and being rigged on several occasions it is my full belief that they rigged their games to prohibit me from being able to Win as retaliation and continued to steal my money knowing there was no way I would be able to actually ever win. I firmly believe that as a matter of fact as they are blatant criminals and crooks and are flat out evil

Hello aincle4fun,

As explained above, unless you mention gambling issues or addiction, your account would just simply get closed which can be reopened anytime by simple requesting it.

If you want your account excluded, please do as advised - in that case the casino should not reopen or let your casino account open.

Please let us know regarding your next step. Unfortunately, any deposits prior to a proper requests are not refundable.

They were told to shut it down permanently and were advised I had a gambling problem and even told me themselves they thought I did so they had no excuse to continue to keep it open and send me daily solicitations to lure me back in with their rigged corrupt scam games
