The player from Lithuania is experiencing difficulties withdrawing funds, because the transactions to his preferred payment methods have been declined. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I won 150euro, i used my card and is this leggal they force me to withdraw by crypto if i dont use it and i dont like it i still need to do that? Than i deposited funds i wasnt informed abaut that i wont be abble to withdraw

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, and contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. Therefore this doesn’t necessarily have to be the casino’s mistake.
Have you ever made any successful withdrawals before? Is there any alternative withdrawal method that would be suitable for you?
