I sent the last document on 02/14/2020 to verify account, support all time replies that I should wait, I read forums ang gambling sites and players have problems with verification in betmaster and now it seems to me that the account verification in this casino is impossible.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

I only get inf verification in progress, you have to wait.

they write verification in betmaster it takes 5 days, for me it takes almost a month.

I am sorry to hear about your negative experience. The standard KYC takes up to 5 business days and quite fast. However, there are cases when Security department needs more time to check the documents and gaming activity in case any suspicious patterns were detected (suspicious gaming activity, multiple accounts, fraudulent activity in conjunction with other players, etc). It is also indicated in the T&S that in some cases the verification can take more time for more detailed investigation.
