The player from Canada claims that the slot game is not working properly. Unfortunately, after testing the game again, it worked without any problems, therefore we ended up without any evidence that would support this case.

Hi you helped me before i hope you can help me this time,

I was playing the game the alchemist gold, at Casino Betiton, i entered the .01 for .20 but i see that this .01 change by itself to another amount without our knowledge. It changed to 80.00. Since i entered .01 i did not expected that this amount would change to 80.00 ( if you go to the game and enter .01 you can see this amount swicht to 80.00 without expecting that this would happen) so i lost 80.00. Is there something we can do.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience. Do you happen to have some kind of proof so we can see what is going on? In this case, the best option would be a video recording.

When you notice a software bug, you should immediately stop playing and inform the casino about it. Did you continue playing when you noticed the problem? Could you please confirm that you discussed this issue with the casino?

Hi unfortunately i cannot prove it, i played today and the amount played did not changed, so i guess,there is nothing ee can do, so from now on i have to be more careful when i play, expensive lesson.
