Hello! These scammers blocked my account and stole $438 from me! They accused me of visiting their site with VPN enabled. My VPN turns on automatically in my browser!!! Because without VPN I can’t access many sites!!! This is simply not fair!!! My account was successfully verified and there were no problems! But when I ordered a payment of $200, I immediately got my account blocked and my personal funds confiscated!!! This casino steals their customers' money!!!!

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Why didn't you use a different browser or turned off the VPN before accessing the casino? How much did you deposit there and since when is your account blocked?

Please note that as per casino terms: https://www.betitall.com/en/reading-center/terms-conditions the use of VPN is strictly prohibited and they were in right to block your account and confiscate any balance:


"The use of VPN, PROXY, TOR, and similar programs is strictly prohibited. If you use these programs to access the website or games from a restricted country, your account may be blocked."

Basically if it happen only once and you did not receive any advantage by using it (like claiming restricted bonuses or else), the casino should probably reconsider their decision. if you accessed your casino account via VPN only once and you did not receive any advantage by using it (like claiming restricted bonuses or else) we consider the casino's action to block your account and confiscate your winning as a not very fortunate approach.

Our SportsBook provider has alerted us to a potential case of fraudulent activity involving the customer, who has been engaging in arbitrage betting across multiple countries. 


In light of this, and considering the customer's use of a VPN, we have chosen to suspend their account and issue a refund for their deposited funds.


Our decision followed the guidelines in our Terms and Conditions:


2.5 Bet it All reserves the right to ban a Customer and confiscate all the funds on the account if it is reasonably suspected that there has been an engagement in fraudulent activities


3.2 The use of VPN, PROXY, TOR, and similar programs is strictly prohibited. If you use these programs to access the website or games from a restricted country, your account may be blocked
