Please explain to me why do you feel is it correct t to delay my withdrawals even though I have a verified account unless you have no genuinely intention to pay.


My withdrawals below have not been paid and you have gone over your own stipulated terms and conditions as shown on your website.

They are not interested in paying nor do I feel they will pay....so honestly frustrating that they steal your money. I have messaged live chat so many times, they now ignore me and don't reply to my comments

filemy initial withdrawal was 21.08.24, now another one has been initiated on 05.09.24 after over 2 weeks....now they will delay again as usual

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. 

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email.
