We apologize for the delay in approving your withdrawal. We have reviewed your withdrawal request and unfortunately, we are unable to process it at this time as it does not meet one of our stated requirements. According to our policies, the maximum total amount that any one player may withdraw from his or her wallet cannot exceed 250% of the total amount deposited. T&C 9.11.2




Because the requested amount exceeds this limit, your withdrawal request has been rejected.

Which in my opinion is not a fair rule. I got winnings from total deposit amount of €80 I made €500.




Therefore I feel urged to deposit more. Which should not be done to a player. Especially with gambling.




Minimum maximum withdrawal is set at €500. Which doesnt even allow me to get access to partial winnings of €200.




Please help me.

I checked the casino website and our review and the casino is already penalized for this rule with a lowered safety index on our website:

Please note any further deposits might be subject to real money wagering, or you risk losing them altogether. I wouldn't advise this.

  • Could you please explain whether you managed to withdraw the maximum amount already?

I haven't received a reply yet from them.

I didn't manage to withdraw, because of the 250% rule.

I tried to ask them as well about a partial withdrawal of €200, also no reply.
