The player from United States is complaining about unauthorized transaction. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
After completing play through amounts from a bonus, I made 2 withdrawals, I had done this once before an it did take quite a while. This is not the problem, I later deposited 50 dollars, lost it, it does not show in my bank account, but my account shows a 50 dollar deposit put down on a hovercraft I did not do at the exact time. I must deal with my bank now, since obviously someone stole my info and there does not seem to be proof that even the casino got that 50 dollars.
