Hello i have bonus a free spin from my deposit and it won 10 dollars and i need to wger it and so its been able to withdraw and i already wager it and i already won 339 and i withdraw it and its pending i need to wait 3 to 5 days that what they said to recieve withdrawL and after how many hours they cancel my 339 withdrawal and they make it 100 only i dont know why they doing this im to much upset ive been lose in this casino how many times and this is thefirst time i won and this will gonna happen .

Both forwarded screenshots show No Deposit bonuses offered to you by the casino. Are you sure you placed a deposit to activate them or was your deposit placed only after accumulating winnings to verify your payment method?

According to the screenshot, it indicates that you made a 10 CAD deposit on June 24th, and both promotions were credited to your account the following day. In order to proceed any further with this complaint I need supporting evidence that you placed a real money deposit to activate your bonus otherwise, it seems as if your winnings were accumulated from a free bonus solely and you are not entitled to any further winnings.
