I received a bonus via e-mail from this casino, which was ''Deposit 10 euros and play with 50 euros'', I managed to win almost 600€ in the first rounds with a bet of 40 cents, After that I started wagering with a bet of 3 euros, when the wager went through I sent a withdrawal request of 500€, now 4 days later I received an e-mail from bcasino that said that my winnings have been voided and the withdrawal was canceled because I have exceeded the maximum bet, which was €4 or 10% of the given bonus amount (whichever is smaller). I can also see my bet history myself and the maximum bet I've played with is €3. Because of this, I don't understand why my withdrawal was canceled and the winnings were voided, I hope that it would be possible to get some help through this.
