placed bets in this casino. everything was fine, until one moment. one day I wanted to log into my account, but it didn’t work out for me, I wrote in live chat, they told me to write to them by mail. writing to them by mail, they said that I would pass kyc verification. I provided them with the documents that they asked for (absolutely everything that they asked me, I provided them.) They even asked me to record a video, I did it too. and after all this, they answered me that my account was blocked and all funds on it were confiscated. Actually, why and why I did not hear. they just sent their rules, they say, according to which they blocked me. According to them, I used bonuses and that's why they blocked me. This is a complete lie and not true. I never touched bonuses. please help me in this situation. because This casino does not want to contact me. I text them and they ignore me!
ставил ставки в этом казино.все было хорошо, до одного момента. в один день я хотел войти в свой аккаунт ,но у меня это не получалось,написал в лайв чат,там сказали писать им на почту . написав им на почту,ими было сказано,что бы я прошел kyc верификацию. я им предоставил документы ,которые они просили (абсолютно все ,Что они у меня просили,я им предоставил.) даже попросили записать видео,я тоже это сделал . и после всего этого,они мне ответили,что мой аккаунт заблокирован и все средства на нем конфискованы. собственно,почему и зачем я не услышал. они лишь только отправили свои правила,мол по которым меня заблокировали . По их словам ,я использовал бонусы и поэтому меня заблокировали. Это полная ложь и не правда. я ни разу не прикоснулся к бонусам. прошу помочь мне в данной ситуации . т.к. Это казино не хочет идти со мной на контакт . я им пишу,а они меня игнорируют !

registration was at the beginning of November. as far as I know, my documents have been checked. they consistently asked me to send them. I replenished 3 times (510usdt / 431usdt / 497usdt) the last time they answered me on 11/16/2022 (the message said that my account was blocked and cited their own rules as an example, which do not apply to me in any way. I wrote to them on 11/25/2022 to which he received no response.
