The player from Germany had faced an issue with BC.Game where his attempted withdrawal of 548 BCD to his Crypto.com deposit address was rejected and returned to the casino. Despite having been aware of the issue since October 27th, BC.Game had not credited the refund back into the player's account. After a series of communications between the player, the casino, and the Complaints Team, the casino had committed to checking the transaction and refunding the amount as soon as possible. The player confirmed that the refund was finally received, thus resolving the complaint.

Hello,


i have withdrawn 548 BCD (in house currency. Equivalent to USD or USDT) to my Crypto.com deposit address.

I forgot that crypto.com does not offer BCD deposits, so they send it back to the senders wallet (back to BC.Game)

The problem now is, that BC.game has not credited the refund back into my account. They have been aware of this case since 27. October.

My personal VIP host is always making some excuse as to why they haven't sent it back yet, etc.

Just a note: BCD is currently available on Metamask, trustwallet, atomic wallet, mew, and you can swap BCD using our platform swap feature to many other currencies such as USDT, BTC, etc.
