Hi firstly i deposited $20,000 in BTC and managed to win up amount $92,000 from playing slot bonus buys. I then tried to withdraw however they denied my withdrawal for audit review.. while waiting for kyc I continued playing and got luck and now I have account balance of 3.97BTC or $254,000. my KYC has been successfully approved but my withdrawals are still not enabled.. I have deposited more than 6 figure overall and bc.game had no issue accepting my deposits. I do enjoy the site a lot however I attempted to contact customer support they told me to please wait 24 hours yesterday so I waited.. I contact support again and they told me I have to wait 24 hours again and there is no update.. I feel like they are trying to keep me in a loop hoping I lose my money while waiting for withdrawal enable. after some googling I saw that people effectively solved their complaints by opening dispute on casino guru.. I am hoping to speed up the process by your intervention.

  2. Yes I can access my account as of now
  3. This most recent win of 4BTC was from a $20,000 deposit at once but I have had previous deposits ranging from $1000-$40,000 with no issues.


I would like to state I receive response from VIP host saying everything should be fine and that I should wait, which is awesome but from reading previous complaints sometimes they make you wait weeks with no update.

Hi I would like to state they got to me just how they wanted... While waiting for KYC I gambled away my winnings, I asked support if they can restrict my betting limits so this doesnt happen but they told me I cannot. Whatever I got **** just how they wanted.
