The player from India had requested a withdrawal prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, his winnings hadn't been received yet. After contacting the casino's support team multiple times, he was advised to send an email with his account details. The casino responded that his account had been restored, but it was unclear if the withdrawal issue was resolved. Despite our efforts to reach out to the player for an update, we received no response. Consequently, we were unable to investigate further and the complaint was rejected.

Hello , I deposited 31 eth on Feb 27 at around 4PM utc. I was playing crash and was having a good day and won some decent amount. 1 hour later when i tried to withdraw 83 eth. I got an audit failure and ny withdrawal and tip permissions where suspended. I could only play with the eth i had cant withdraw or transfer. When i reached out to support they said it will be fixed in next 6 hours. It's been over 50 hours now and there is still no fix. The reply from the support team has now been very rude they just say relevant team will provide information when they can. I have more than a million dollars stuck in my bc game account which i cant withdraw.


Note : This error also happend a week before and i was told to complete advance which i did and it was solved in a day but now it's back.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Update


After constantly reaching out to BC.game chat support team for last three days i was always getting same reply as "Core team is looking into and verifying". Your issue will be fixed in next 24 days have paitence. Today after atleast 15 chat support sessions they are now changing the stance and now i cant take help from the chat support instead i need to email them with details about my account.


I have already sent an email to support@bc.game with the details they asked for and will provide more updates as it comes.
