The player from India initiated a withdrawal and it has been pending since July 21st. Each day, they contact support and are always told different reasons for the delay, while simultaneously not receiving any updates from the casino's team. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

sir i went to bc i applied withdrawall on 17th july.On 17th July, these people also processed my vidrobal, after that it was processed on 21st July.They have canceled the withdrawal and the status is pending, I chat with them everyday, they say that they have not received any update from their core team.These people neither give reply on time nor they are not giving withdrawal.I have their screenshots, these people lie a lot, sometimes they say that it will come today, sometimes they say that they will get it tomorrow, sometimes they say wait, sometimes they say that you should contact your bank.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I will gave them all things thet they need but from 17 july they didn't giving me widrawal .I m waiting from 17 july they didn't giving me any update about my widrawal or not giving me any proof ..they saying me to wait and always lying with me I asked them to give me proof then they close tha chat and not helping me ..all them agent saying me different that my widrawal is succeed and contact in bank .and someone say different

.I can't understand this site plz help me
