Hi, I requested for permanent exclusion at BC game casino but it was a mystake because I was nervous and sick, my stakes aren't going well and the casino rules doesn't allow to come back in this situation.


Then I talked to attendant, explained my situation and support told me to send an email. By three times the answer was the same: "you can't reopen your account because of the self-exclusion terms and conditions".


I think it's ridiculous because rules are made to be broken on special occasions. If somebody delete your account by mystake will you follow the rules? If somebody hacks your account and request for self-exclusion will you follow the fucking rules?


One more thing: It's above the national laws of many countries, services can't be denied to users if the client want to use it. Brazilian consumer protection code is very honest about it!!!


BC Game is ridiculous, many british people and your fucking rules are ridiculous, they must be aliens on the earth, that's an explanation I can conclude. They are stupids, they have no education, they think they are God on earth.


It's the third british casino threats me this way like BC Game, thinking they are above the truth, thinking they are above the national laws.

I think they must review this stupid rules because they and others casinos aren't above the laws. Technically they couldn't be operating in Brazil and others countries. Respect is the miminum users require!!!


If BC Game wants to reopen my account, ok, if they think they are God ok too, my complaint is alive here to other users see how many british casinos act!!!

Unfortunately, self-exclusion serves for permanent account block without the possibility to reopen so the casino acts how it should and you request should never be accepted in such cases. We are glad to see that the casino follows their terms and enforce self-exclusion how it should be in every online casino.

What a great new. Casino Guru always defending casinos and against the users. That's why I never open an account using your links. If you are happy with the wrong casinos self-exclusion terms you must have problems because they are above the national laws. Technically they are anarquists like bankers and nobody like them.


Bad people attract what they are and this law they can't support, that's why they sink deeper and deeper into the mud.


They can conquer the world but never conquer the happiness.


If you want to close my account here you can too, basically your services are not necessary except to thieves like you!!!

Hello Rafaeliton,

You as every player is entitled to their opinion. As already stated above, self-exclusion can't be reverted and if the casino would do, it would be against their terms and we would have to punish them as it is unfair.

Be sure to not request for exclusion if you wish to play in any casino in the future as it can't be canceled.

The complaint will be now closed for the above explained reason.
