The player from Japan is not able to access his account since he requested a withdrawal. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
When I try to log in, it says to authenticate my account and I can't log in.
I have contacted customer support but have not heard back and do not know what to do.
I have applied for withdrawal of 52,000 yen, so I want to log in. What should I do?
