My account has been under review for 1 month, they are not responding in any way. I send an e-mail, I connect to live support, I can't get a response. They haven't done my KYC verification for 1 month. They do not give any positive / negative feedback.

Could you please list which documents you have already provided and when exactly did you send the last one? Have you provided all the required documents in the correct format?

When was the last time the casino was in contact with you and what did you talk about?

I sent all documents on June 26th. I sent them all in the correct format. The casino has not contacted me.

They sent such an e-mail today, I did not do any irregularities. The bureau doesn't want to pay the money.
