The player has deposited money into her account, but the funds seem to be lost. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I deposited 10,000 naira since 24th of May, 2023 and I contacted several all bc.game agents and all they tell me is that I should be patient, until I saw that they said they didn't receive the money and I have called my bank several times , I got the same answer, the transaction was successful. Please I really need this money, I don't know what to do anymore, it's almost a month now.

In such cases where a deposit has never been credited to the player‘s casino account, we usually recommend contacting the payment provider. Since you’ve already done that, would you be so kind and forward any relevant communication between you and the casino to kristina.s@casino.guru? Alternatively, you can post it here. If there is any official written statement regarding this situation from your bank, please forward it as well.
