The player from India had mistakenly submitted a friend's documents for KYC verification as he didn't have his personal documents at the time. Despite his attempts to rectify this error and offer his real documents, the casino had banned him from submitting any more documents. We had explained to the player that by providing false personal information, he had violated the casino's Terms and Conditions, which justified the casino's decision to permanently close his account. Despite the player's request for another chance to prove his identity, we had upheld the casino's decision due to the serious breach of their policies.

Mistakenly i submitted my friends Documents for KYC I had no Documents with me that time so I tried to do KYC on friends Documents, & his documents were also Been Verified by the BC game in another account, Then I contacted the BC support team they said We cannot open the KYC tab Again, Our Decision is Final, But I Only Tried Once for KYC and They Blocked me to submit documents again,


I need to do my KYC again on my Real & Geniune documents which are on my name so I could play the further game smoothly

4.1. You hereby declare and warrant that:

4.1.4. All information that You provide to BC.GAME during the term of validity of this agreement is true, complete, and correct, and that You shall immediately notify BC.GAME of any change of such information.


2. Binding Declarations

2.1.17. You are aware of that BC.GAME has the right to carry out "KYC" (Know Your Customer) verification procedures. The access to your user account may be blocked or closed if we determine that you have supplied false or misleading information.


I apologize, but by providing the casino with false personal information, you violated the Terms and Conditions, warranting the casino's decision to permanently close your account. For future reference, it's essential to use only your own documents for account verification in online casinos.

They should atleast give a chance to the Player to prove his identity,

What about the funds of the Player, which is in the account, they should give a mercy change to me to prove my identity, I already told that it was a mistake, They say use the other verified account, I have credentials of my current account which Is locked, how can I use another one account if I have only the one where I am stuck with KYC, I Urge to the Casino Guru Team to Resolve the Issue with BC Game Representative and provide a solution

As you provided identity documents belonging to your friend rather than yourself, the casino was within its rights to close your account and forfeit any remaining balance.
