i have been scammed by this website🥹, please be careful out there, this people are scemmers, i have been using my account for months. Before i got a notification that my withdrawal is suspended and i should do an advanced verification. I tried doing the advance verification 2 times and it failed. So i figured out it was because of Id. So i decided to use another document but my account was locked, i texted support and they told me to contact the support via mail, sending them my IP address, phone, email, username and deposit address. Which i did, they didn't reply for more than a week. Now i woke up this morning to a mail by them. Telling me my account has been locked for engaging in prohibited technique. This people are scammers they locked my money. My money is still in my account, dey didn't allow me withdraw. Stay away from this scam site. I have enough evidence,

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process. 

Could you please advise which documents you have already provided and when exactly did you send the last one? Have any of your identity documents been approved by the casino?

Could you kindly specify what games did you play?

Did you accumulate your winnings with or without an active bonus?

The user was locked because of KYC violation where the user has used some fake documents to do the KYC. Also user has been found violating sportsbook terms and conditions and locked by both the sportsbook and bc.game


Acting upon our terms and conditions we do not tolerate any fake KYC and as well any kind of abusive play. Hence the account is locked permanently.

i did not use fake documents to do kyc! Initially i got an ID which is old! I tried using it it failed twice, then i went to the NImC office to get another document!! I told them and they didn't allow me do the kyc again! They locked my account!! The first is the new ID i got from NIN office the next day, while the second is an old ID, that was equally printed! You can scan it!! Totally original! I have no problem if bc.game decides to stop me from using them!! But they should pay me my balance

When i was having difficulty with kyc! I contacted the support and i asked what was wrong with my document and why it was rejected the first time! Instead of telling me it wasn't accepted, she told me it was an error and that i should try again, that if i face the same problem i should contact the team, i tried again and my account got lock, then i figured out i needed to make another print out a new ID document directory from the NIN office, i went to do it. And they never gave me an opportunity to upload it, i will post my conversation with the customer support.


secondly they said i voilated der rules but my account was still active!! I was staking game perfectly for months, not until it was lock because of kyc! I believe if i was doing anything wrong the system would have limited my account! I have no problem with them stopping me from using the site!! But they should allow me withdraw my balance!!

It is your responsibility to provide only real, truthful documents issued by official institutions. Any attempt to use fake or forged documents is not tolerated.
