The player from the United Kingdom had experienced delayed withdrawals on BC Games. Despite having provided extensive evidence of his wins, including screenshots and videos, the casino had refused to process his withdrawals. The casino allegedly owed him around $177.77. The player also mentioned that he had stopped playing and had asked the casino to remove him. He had refused to use the term 'self-exclusion', fearing it would be used against him. However, after a thorough examination, the Complaints Team had found the provided screenshots insufficient as proof of wins. The transactions in question were not documented in the player's gaming history, and his bets were not deducted during the reported session, leading to the conclusion that no wins were achieved. As a result, the complaint was rejected.

BC Games has no honesty, integrity or any form of cohesion to transparency. It has a fair selection of games to peak your interest, but their live support and hosting service hold no strength, bar to reply with copy and paste or ignore you. I hold a badge for staking over $1m dollars over a year, so I am well aware of how they operate. They claim to be provably fair, but that’s rather impossible given the high volatility of crypto currency which is the method of deposit and withdrawal. Their explanation of it on the site is pure economic waffle. As an economist it’s pretty easy to read that in to this. I have 3 issue on which they refuse to pay me money; 2 of which I will provide upon request. 


The bc game server told my server that I had won 6.734826011 in crash. BC games claim that the game had crashed when I cashed out. They asked for a screenshot which I duly sent, and they refused to accept it. I’ve sent the screenshot in uploads.They then requested a video 😆.


Another incident involving a 9 dot win exhibited exactly the same scenario. Again, they would not pay out. Crash will often come up with "you failed to cash out on time " when you do cash out , and then the game will crash. It also often mysteriously changes from one crash game to another. The amount it claims people are gambling upon that specific game every say 30 seconds, is virtually impossible. $18,000 on average. Considering all of the other games in operation it should be showing a turnover of billions of dollars per annum. I don’t think it is so. It would be very surprising for them to provide such empirical evidence.


The next win they refuse to pay out on is greatest catch. I paid $13.70 to move in to the 10cent 20 free spin feature. As each spin wins or loses, the win increases the total dollar amount on the bottom left of the screen. As I have the screenshots attached to this complaint ,it is showing that this did not happen, and when the game was over I made a profit of which I have the screenshots showing them the game is of me making a profit. They refuse to pay out. 


In total they owe me 15.7 dot. Valued at $8.6896 on crypto.com 11.21 a.m 28/12/23 European time. Plus $41.45 on 22/12/2023 at 10.10:29 UTC time. 


They tried to refer me to Kraken claiming to have paid out with a taxid code. I have in my possession a reply from Kraken proving they were lying.(attached)


So take your chance with bc.games if you wish. I’ve just shown they are not provably fair and owe me $136.32 dollars in Polkadot and $41.45 from the greatest catch game. Total owed $177.77 at 11 am U.K. time on 28/12/2023. filefilefilefile

I have stopped playing and told them to remove me from the casino. They are also aware I contacted yourselves and trustpilot. They tried to get me to use the word self exclude. To which they would probably say is indicative of a gambling problem and desperation as an excuse cot to payout. I refused. I have stated that I want to leave the casino as showing in the attachments filefile

my home country is the U.K. where the use of this casino is prohibited. However I have played globally, in countries allowed. So they can’t come back defining my birthplace as an excuse. I have sent you an email privately where I have directly answered your question. By all means publish it.

I will show one occasion which I have withheld until BC.games replied. They haven’t so I will show only one and hope it spikes a reaction. The first screenshot is the win not credited from mega greatest catch to my account. Look at the game number ID beginning 201082089123 but after the win, I played 2 10 cent games beginning 201080 to see if it would rectify itself. Look at the numbers of the two ID’s of 10 cent games in the second screenshot proceed the game numbers following the win. However you don’t see the winning ID game number in the second screenshot, because it has not been added to my account.

The next one is clearly a win but they asked for a screenshot. So I sent this

But they said they would not accept the screenshot, they required a video. It happened on another occasion as well. These happened in October-the crash games so it was like looking for a needle in a haystack to show it showing as a loss on my account. But forgive me for being ignorant but it says on the screenshot my win 6.734826011. They claimed that it was an error with my server. But that’s rubbish because for me to get the message my win’; It must have connected with their server.


I think it’s time you asked them why they have failed to pay out on my winnings and for them to provide some evidence. The fact that appears they haven’t done so, means they have no evidence for not to pay me.
